Printer queue LPBB, idle, on EPRA::"172.18.18.88:9100", mounted form DEFAULT
< HP CERNER BB, on server 172.18.18.88, port 9100 > /BASE_PRIORITY=4
 /DEFAULT=FORM=DEFAULT) /NOENABLE_GENERIC /LIBRARY=SYSSETUPHP Lowercase

The Answer is :

Please contact the support center, as details of the special characters
and the character set(s) involved will be of interest. The OpenVMS
Wizard does not immediately recognize this error nor this configuration,
but it would appear that the OpenVMS host and/or the printer does not
support the particular character set(s) in use. Obviously.

DCPS (DECprint Services) is the usual path to LaserJet printers.

For additional IP-related printing details, please see topic (1020).
