The Question is:

 
While DSM is up and running, say about 40 users on, one user gets this message,
 then database shuts down.  Any advice on what to modify ?
 
I get this when I try to launch MUMPS...
$ mgr
%DSM-E-GLSACCERR, Error accessing shared section
-DSM-E-SHUTINPROG, Configuration shutting down
 

The Answer is :

 
  DSM is now a third-party package; please contact the maintainer of
  DSM for assistance with this package.  As of this writing, the
