The Question is:

 
how do I install the hx014 device driver (drq3b)?
 
It does not create the hxdriver.exe, hxdriver.map or the hxdriver.stb files.

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would not expect the DRQ3B drivers to be part of
  OpenVMS, but would expect these to be available with the hardware.
  Please contact the support center for assistance with this quest
