DECwindows NODEVICE no graphics device?

The Question is:

 
I've installed vms 7.3-1 on an Alpha DS10 workstation and I'm getting the
 following error message at the end of the boot process:
%DECW$DEVICE-I-NODEVICE, no graphics devices found  and DECWindows does not
 start up.
Am I missing a driver for the graphics card??  If so, can this be downloaded
 from the HP website?  Or is it something else causing the problem?
