C Compiler HPARITH Arithmetic Trap?

The Question is:

 
After upgrade from OVMS 7.2.1 to OVMS 7.3.1, when compile with DECC  V6.4-008
 apears this message:

(I has installed VMS731_UPDATE V3.0 and VMS731_ACRTL V3.0 patches).
 

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the support center.  Expect to be asked details of
  the source module involved, and expect to be asked to try a newer
  C compiler.  This could also indicate a latent hardware error.
