Active Server Page (ASP) Webserver? Apache?

The Question is:

 
Architure : Alphaserver 1000A 5/333 with OpenVMS 7.1 + UCX 4.2 eco 2
 
Question : Is there a solution for hosting ASP (VB) pages on this configuration
 or Apache is the only way to do that kind of thing ?

  Apache provides Active Server Page (ASP) support, as well as the ability
  to use DCL, Java and JavaScript languages for server- or client-side
  scripting, as well as various other capabilities, and Apache is available
  for OpenVMS.
 
  For information on ports of Microsoft products and proprietary tools to
  other platforms, please contact Microsoft.
 
  Your OpenVMS release and TCP/IP Services releases are both out-dated and
