Pinouts, Adapters, Cabling, Wiring?

The Question is:

 
We are trying to connect between a decserver 700 with RJ45 ports and an LA 100
 Letter Writer printer with a 25 pin serial port. Can you suggest a cable or
 adapter comination that will allow these two devices to talk to eachother.
