Blinking, Bold Text? Escape Sequences?

The Question is:

 
I'm creating a com procedures and need to have
some lines/header with BOLD,Blink and characters with bigger size.
What's the control & escape key sequence in editor in order to get line with:
- BOLD
- Blink
- Bigger font.
