SYSUAF UIC Text-Format Group and Member?

The Question is:

 
Using the Authorize utility, what parameter do I use to change the named format
 for the UIC.
 
For Example:
 
Username: CANTONIK                         Owner:  CHRIS ANTONIK
Account:  ECONOMIC
UIC:    [110,245] ([110,245])
 
What I want is to change the UIC to show as
UIC:    [110,245] ([DEVELOP,CANTONIK])

The Answer is :

 
  Please review the OpenVMS FAQ for related information; the
  textual translations of UICs are built from information in
  the RIGHTSLIST, and the FAQ has details on this topic.
 
  You will also want to review information in SYLOGICALS.TEMPLATE
  if this is a cluster, as there are a set of files that must be
  common -- SYLOGICALS.TEMPLATE has the list -- and RIGHTSLIST.DAT
