Postscript to PCL Printer Conversion?

The Question is:

 
There is the need to print JPEG or GIF files
on a HP PSC 2510 connected to the VMS world via the network using TCPIP. The HP
 PSC 2510 seems to understand PCL 3 (enhanced) only for that matter.
It's no problem to turn the JPEG/GIF files into Postscript using utilities like
 XV or Imagemagick.
Question: Is there a Postscript to PCL 3 converter available for VMS ?
