Seeking Hobbyist License Information? (ABS)

The Question is:

 
Is the Archive Backup System software license available with the OpenVMS
 Hobbyist licenses?  If so what is it called, (I can't find it.)  If not, how
 come?  This would be a nice product to try out and to master.

The Answer is :

 
  For information on the licenses available with the hobbyist program,
  please visit the Hobbyist website referenced in the OpenVMS FAQ.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would not expect to find packages such as ABS of
  interest to and as part of a hobbyist program, and would encourage
  Loan of Products or other similar test-drive mechanism be used.
