  website -- in general, new Alpha systems are packaged together with
  and purchased with the appropriate operating system, user and layered
  product licenses.  (It is possible to purchase the hardware and software
  separately, though this is comparatively uncommon.)
 
  Alternatively, please contact your HP representative or your local HP
