New NFS Server Unreachable?

Hi,
I followed the instructions and examples in the documentation to set up a NFS
 server on the Alpha w/ OpenVMS 7.2, but no client can 'see' the exports.  The
 client's mount commands give 'device timeout' errors.  What's not documented
 that I'm missing?  Tha

  Please contact the support center, as details of the TCP/IP Services
  version and the configuration and the local network will be required.
