SSH and SSL Availability?

The Question is:

 
I searching he wizard on secure ftp HPs response dated 13 Jan 2003.
 
An OpenVMS port of OpenSSL is included with OpenVMS Alpha V7.3-1 distribution,
 on the Open Source Tools media.
 
An OpenSSH port is undergoing testing at present, and availability is expected
 soon, per the roadmap.  (Currently-available OpenSSH options are referenced in
 the OpenVMS FAQ.)
 
Has OpenSSH been relased?
 

The Answer is :

 
  SSL and SSH are available with the OpenVMS V7.3-2 distribution
