Bootstrap Failure?

The Question is:

 
We are having a DS20 Server with the disk array having 5 Disks with no volume
 shadowing( single disk setup).We shutdown and power off the System and then
 try to boot and I am getting the following error:
 
Read/write failed with status 0002 bootstrap failure.
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact your services provider or the HP services organization,
  as details on the bootstrap, the configuration, the disk array, and the
  particular error will be required.
