F$GETSYI POWER_VECTOR and NOT_LOADED?

The Question is:

 
On our 'old' alphas (ES40, GS140) I can use the F$GETSYI("FAN_VECTOR") as well
 as POWER- and TEMPERATURE_VECTOR, but on out new ES80 I get
$ Power_Vector = F$Getsyi("Power_Vector")
%SYSTEM-E-NOT_LOADED, system service or exec routine is not loaded
why?
