Meaning of WAKEPEN Wake Pending?

The Question is:

 
when using analyze/system/proc command, Thread status:00141001  WAKEPEN; what
 does it mean ?
 

The Answer is :

 
  There is a wake pending; that the thread has a $wake request
  outstanding, most probably due to being awake and active when
  another $wake request arrives.  This outstanding request will
  effectively be consumed by the next $hiber request that occurs.
