PATHWORKS 32 and Windows LAT Client?

The Question is:

 
I have a number of WinNT 4.0 Server Machines that connect to VMS via DEC LAT.
 
I need to remediate these machines to Windows 2000.  Can I still use DEC LAT to
 connect?
 
What do I need to do?
