when i give a printing order very faint print appears on the prented paper ,
though the tuner is new and the printer works good mechanically.

The OpenVMS Wizard is unaware of any supported printer that involves the
OpenVMS operating system directly controling a printer to this level of
device operations, and thus this problem would appear to be a hardware,
operational or possibly a configuration problem with the particular (and
unspecified) printer.
As an example of determining involvement of OpenVMS, for instance, you
could try generating a self-test page -- most printers provide for this
capability -- as OpenVMS itself is obviously and entirely uninvolved
in this particular task.
Please contact the vendor of the particular printer involved -- or the
organization that is supporting the printer -- for further assistance.
(The OpenVMS Wizard is not familiar with and not available to provide
printer hardware support -- the OpenVMS Wizard is familiar with and can
usually answer questions specific to the OpenVMS operating system. The
OpenVMS Wizard is not familiar with any HP nor third-party printers.)
Expect to be asked details of the printer including the model, and for
a description of the quality of the output from a printer self-test page
or equivalent function.
