Adding or Appending Files in a BACKUP Saveset?

The Question is:

 
Is it possible to add a file into an existing backup saveset ?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  There is no supported means to append files into an existing saveset.
  It is certainly possible to perform a BACKUP (often a full BACKUP)
  and to then append one or more BACKUP savesets (often incrementals)
  to the same archival media, of course.
