The Question is:

 
Fortran program fails opening 100th NEW file
 
Message is
RMS-E-CRE, ACP File create failed
-SYSTEM-F-EXQUOTA, process quota exceeded
 
What quota do I adjust.
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  This is most likely the FILLM process quota, but you should also check
  the system parameter CHANNELCNT.
