Process Inactivity; Idle Timeout?

The Question is:

 
I would like put the flag for "inactivity logout if session has noactivity
 longer than 20 min. i would like terminate that session.
Which flag I have to set for this?
It is a telnet connection using Procmm or Reflection..

The Answer is :

 
  Please review the discussion of idle process termination within the
  OpenVMS Frequently Asked Questions document -- OpenVMS itself does
  not provide an idle process killer or terminal timeout or other such
  application, though there are both applications and server devices
  which can delete processes determined to be sufficiently inactive.
 
  For discussions of third-party platforms or third-party applications,
  please contact the vendor supporting the environment.  (The OpenVMS
  Wizard is unfamiliar with the cited applications.)
