Third-party Hardware? (DECserver)

The Question is:

 
We've had 3 different terminal server 700s reboot themselves over the past
 couple of weeks,2 of the servers are in the same cabinet, but the third is in
 an entirely different room.  One thing in common is they all communicate with
 an Allen Bradley PLC via
 KF modules which are attached to the terminal server ports.  What types of
 things could explain this rebooting?
