AUTOGEN and OPCDEC Reserved OpCode Error?

The Question is:

 
During an autogen the procedure stops in the getdata Phase with the following
 error code.
 
%SYSTEM-F-OPCDEC, opcode reserved to Digital fault at PC=0000000000031330,
 PS=0000001B
 
Can you tell me what can cause this message
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not familiar with this particular failure.
 
  Please consider an upgrade to a more recent release, particularly
  to a release with Current Version Support or Prior Version Support.
 
  If you wish to debug AUTOGEN, you could define:
 
    $ DEFINE AGEN$VERIFY 1
 
  and attempt to determine which component image is failing.  This
  may then provide some insight into what is failing -- this could
  be caused by a previously-unreported error, or by a bad block, a
  file corruption, or otherwise.
