Seeking Pretty-Printer? LSEDIT?

» close window

The Question is:

I recall there used to be a way to get LSE to format a program that had bad or
non-existant indentation to make it more readable. What do I do to get LSE to
 do this

The Answer is :

Various pretty-printing tools are available -- the OpenVMS Wizard is
not aware of an integrated pretty printer within LSEDIT, though has
seen various TPU-based extensions used for this purpose. Most
commonly however, an external tool is used for this reformatting.

  Freeware is available, of course.
