Power Problems? Power Switch?

The Question is:

 
I can't seem to get the unit to turn on properly. Please advise the best way to
 press the power button.
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Please consult the documentation -- there are almost as many
  different panel configurations as there are systems, and there
  is the obvious potential here for a hardware problem.  Once
  sure the power is connected and the power button is correctly
  used, problems would imply a hardware problem -- in this case,
  please contact your hardware service organization.  If you
  are maintaining your own hardware, please see the information
