The Question is:

 
I know you can set a new password when logging in with the /new_password
 qualifier... ie:
 
Username: JOE/NEW_PASSWORD
 
My question is... What are the other qualifiers that can be used when logging
 in and what are their purposes.

  Please review the Login Procedure section of the OpenVMS DCL Dictionary,
  part of the OpenVMS documentation set.  Alternatively, please see the
