command ucx show interface/full or how is it
found?

  It is usually best to avoid encoding this knowledge into any
  application.

  also please see the discussions of Jumbo Frames in the OpenVMS
  documentation.  Jumbo Frames are part of OpenVMS Alpha V7.2
