Missing SYS$OHCIDRIVER.EXE driver?

The Question is:

 
I am trying to install a Shark SAN on an Alpha ES40 running vms7.3.  I have the
 drive hooked up to the alpha via a fiber controller.  When I go in to SYSMAN
 to run IO AUTOCONFIG/LOG I receive a message :  "unable to load
 SYS$OHCIDRIVER.EXE.
Where can I get this driver?

The Answer is :

 
  Please ignore the error, as there is apparently a spurious request for
  a USB device driver SYS$OHCIDRIVER.EXE in the copy of SYS$CONFIG.DAT
  presently in use.  (This file is possibly installed from an ECO kit.)
 
  Please also seriously consider a move to OpenVMS Alpha V7.3-1, as
  various features of use with Fibre Channel are first available in
