TMSCP Serving DLT Tapes in Cluster?

The Question is:

 
I need to be able to use a DLT tape drive that is physically attached to
 another node in our cluster without being logged into that node.  What
 driver/utility do I need to run on the other node to enable access to the rest
 of the cluster?
 

The Answer is :

 
  Enable TMSCP services (see the TMSCP_LOAD and TMSCP_SERVE_ALL
  system parameters) on the node(s) that will serve access to the
  TMSCP-served tape(s) present in the cluster, and set the tape
  allocation class parameter (TAPE_ALLOCLASS) appropriately.
