How to use FTP to transfer a file?

The Question is:

 
I have to pull a file from VMS to NT. How do I specify the VMS
 node:drive:directory from NT?
 

The Answer is :

 
  Using the FTP client to connect to the OpenVMS host, select
  the transfer mode and "get ddcu:[dir]file.exe localname".
