Our storage controller HSZ50-AX has the following firmware version:

We intend to upgrade our OpenVMS version to V7.3-1.
Do we have to upgrade the storage controller firmware version? If yes, which
firmware version should we upgrade to?

The Answer is :
Please contact your hardware support organization for assistance with
this and other controller firmware questions, as storage controller
firmware information and firmware availability is centrally within
the purview of the hardware services organization.
It does appear that this version is down-revision, though the OpenVMS
Wizard is not entirely familiar with the most current revision for this
HSZ50 RAIDArray 450 controller or for any other StorageWorks controllers.
(Based on a cursory review, V5.7Z appears necessary.)
Again, please contact your hardware services organization directly, in
order to determine the most current necessary version of controller
firmware for your particular configuration.
