Access SYSUAF Authorization Information?

The Question is:

 
Is there a way to determine a username’s lgicmd without going into SYSUAF?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  No.  (SYSUAF is where this information is stored!)
 
  Examples of direct (unsupported) DCL access into SYSUAF
  are available, as are examples of (supported) sys$getuai
  calls to access the SYSUAF authorization data from within
