Seeking RCM? Software Inventory?

The Question is:

 
I have found a tool called RCM that will give me all the Current versions of
 software on My system. The tool also tells me the curent version that is
 supported. I am upgradeing my systems and would like to know where I can get
 the most current verison of
the RCM tool?

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard will assume this is the Revision and Configuration
  Management tool, and not one of the various other tools that are also
  referenced with the RCM abbreviation.
 
  For information on the (assumed) RCM tool, please contact your HP
  software services organization representative directly.
