How can I display/show exactly what process is utilizing a specific socket?

  The TCP/IP utility SHOW DEVICE_SOCKET command, in conjunction with the
  OpenVMS DCL SHOW DEVICE/FULL command on the BG device, most commonly.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would encourage you to upgrade your OpenVMS Alpha
  version to a more recent version.  This provides you with access to
  OpenVMS features and enhancements, and particularly with access to the
