Where do I find the complete installation instructions for DECevents.  I have
 obtained a copy of the DECevent OT Release Notes but there are no installation
 instruction.
 

The Answer is :

 
  All general DECevent documentation and information that the OpenVMS
  Wizard is aware of is that which is referenced within the OpenVMS
  Frequently Aked Questions (FAQ) discussion of DECevent and websites
