UPS Control Software?

The Question is:

 
Dear sirs,
 
Is there software available to manage UPS's on alpha under VMS. I found that
 apc had such a product (powerchute VMS 1.2)but this product has been marked
 obsolete and is not orderable.
 
I cannot find any info if there is any software for alpha vms with the HPQ UPS
 systems.
