I am not able to resolve verification problem with CMS library.
The library was moved from VAX(OpenVMS 6.2) to Alpha OpenVMS V7.1-2) and CMS
version 3.9-2 to CMS V4.1-3.

The Answer is :
The OpenVMS Wizard will assume that you do not have an uncorrupted
copy of this CMS library stored within your BACKUP archives; that
you cannot restore a valid copy of this CMS library from BACKUPs.
Please contact the customer support center, as the CMS library is
apparently corrupted. It may be possible to salvage the current
contents of the corrupted CMS library and build a new CMS library
using the contents of the damaged library, though this is far from
a certainty.
