The Question is:
I ahve alpha server 2100a running openvms 7.2-1.
i want to know where can i find the boot up log which states all the tasks
performed during the operating system startup so that i may check which
operations have failed during the startup.operator.log does not states the
services or processes have failed
during the startup.

is available within the OpenVMS System Manager's Essentials manual.
Details available there include the ability to display the commands
and the logging of SYSMAN startup commands.
