The Question is:
I am attempting to setup a LAT port on a DECSERVER 700 to connect to a modem.
Before the HP merger there used to be a WEB PAGE devoted to the required port
settings/configuration. Is it still available, if so, where is it, if not how
do I find out the set
ting.

The OpenVMS System Manager's Manual section "Understanding Modems"
will be of interest.
