Third-party hardware? (DECserver modem)

» close window

The Question is:

Hi all,
I need to connect a serial modem on a port of the DECserver 900TM but,
disaccording with the Wizard FAQ, I can't put the /MODEM option in the LAT
 Port configuration.
Although I can send AT commands to the modem, I recive a error message that
hang the terminal. This error is due to the fact that the LAT port lowers the
signal on DTR with a 30 seconds period causing the off-line gone of the modem
 and the hang-up of line
..
So I need:
- Port settings for the DECserver.
- Terminal settings for LTA Terminal.
- a QIO example (or what needed) to send AT commands to modem from a program.

Thank you very much.
Diego
