Troubleshooting System Startup Hang?

The Question is:

 
After upgrading from 7.3 to 7.3-1 my system reboot hangs right after WBM$SERVER
 is initialized "Write Bitmap has successfully completed initialization"
 
Is there a diagnostic tool to determine what it's hanging on?

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the support center, as specific details of the
  local system configuration -- hardware, shadowing, storage, etc
  -- will be required.
 
  STARTUP logging is possible, see the STARTUP_P* parameters.  Also
  see the APB logging (20000) flags available during the bootstrap.
