Seeking OpenVMS (and TCP/IP) Documentation?

The Question is:

 
I'm trying to assign a an IP address to the 2nd nic in an Alpha box running VMS
 7.3-1.  I'm using the command procedure sys$manager:tcpip$config but I don't
 see where it offers a choice for the 2nd nic.
 
Also I can't find any documentation for UCX or TCP/IP Services or whatever it's
 called now.  Where can I find that doc?

  For pointers to the OpenVMS documentation, please review the OpenVMS
  Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ); the FAQ has pointers to the OpenVMS
  website, which serves OpenVMS and documentation for specific products
  directly associated with the OpenVMS operating system distribution.
 
  As for the tcpip$config tool, look at the Interfaces section of the
