BACKUP insufficient call arguments error?

» close window

The Question is:

v7.1.1

Why did I receive the following error performing a backup using the command
backup/image/verify dra0: mka500:data1.bck/sav/rew ?
%BACKUP-F-CLOSEOUT, error closing MKA500:[]data1.bck;0 as output
-SYSTEM-F-INSFARG, insufficient call arguments

The Answer is :

This would initially appear to be an OpenVMS bug, but that cannot
be confirmed based on the information provided.

Please contact the support center, as details of the OpenVMS Alpha
release -- no such release "v7.1.1" exists, the closest releases
  would be V7.1, V7.1-1H1, V7.1-1H2, and V7.1-2 -- and details of
the MOUNT command and the output tape device will be of interest.

The OpenVMS Wizard would encourage use of a more recent OpenVMS
release, such as V7.2-2 or V7.3-1 (or later, as available), and
would also encourage application of the availabel ECO kits for
  OpenVMS regardless of the release.
