Controlling PCSI ECO Installations?

The Question is:

 
Help Mr. Wizard Help!
 
I'm a little unclear on what the no_ask$backup & (especially) no_ask$reboot
 logicals do in  installing a patch.  They sound as if the questions are not
 asked at all, which is OK, but then does it go ahead and do a reboot?  Which
 I'm hoping for.

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would not generally encourage the use of these
  kit-specific logical names.
 
  If you want to see exactly what these logical names do, please
