The Question is:

 
I am dealing with Alpha Server GS80 with MSA8000 shared storage.I wanna ask
 that when i add new disk to shared storage to the storage and add the disk and
 creats a unit,this unit is displayed to the management console's storage
 console bit is not displaye
d to the system.when i reboot the system then this is accessible. Is there a
 way or procedure to get accessible the added unit to the system without
 rebooting the system.
