Application error from unknown application?

The Question is:

 
I am received the error: "E_US1263 error allocating file system resource or bad
 file specification given.Check disk space, disk quota, open file quota and the
 physical location"
what should I do?
 

The Answer is :

 
  Please check with whomever supports the particular application, as this
