Dialup/Dial-up, Remote Access, Modem?

Hi,
 
   I need to configure Dialup for my VMS Server so that I can login from
 remotely.Please let me know any URL or docs for config the same on my VMS
 system.I have a modem which I would like to connect to serial port and would
 like to know any s/wconfig on O
S side.
