The Question is:

 
What are the libraries that I need when building a resource manager using
 Tuxedo for use with DECdtm xa gateway?
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  DECdtm documentation is available in the OpenVMS documentation set, see
  the new OpenVMS features documentation for the overview of the XA support.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not familiar with Tuxedo.
