The Question is: disable MOP service The Answer is : See the NCP command SET CIRCUIT SERVICE, assuming DECnet Phase IV. For this to work, you will have to have the CIRCUIT set STATE OFF and then later STATE ON. Also see the DEFINE command, to permanently disable MOP. For DECnet-Plus, see NCL and the SET MOP commands. For the LANCP-based management of MOP services (on OpenVMS V6.2 and later), please see the LANCP command SET DEVICE devicename/MOP=DISABLE.
